“I found Dr. Lan during a very difficult time in my life. I had been dealing with debilitating insomnia for around 7 to 8 months when I began working with her. I am incredibly grateful to her for helping me (as I see it) get my life back.

Prior to trying naturopathic and homeopathic remedies, I started with psychotropics, and began my descent into (what felt like) unending trials with psychotropics, that truly only made me feel worse.
