Great as a breakfast, dessert or any time in between!
Ingredients:
Frozen bananas
Almond milk (or any milk alternative)
Toasted pecans
Coconut oil
Cinnamon
Honey or maple syrup
Cut ripe bananas into 1/2 inch coins. Freeze in gallon sized freezer bag. Once frozen put bananas through Magic Bullet Dessert Bullet to get cream soft serve banana “ice cream” or blend in a high speed blender with a small amount of plant-based milk (almond, coconut, rice, cashew, etc.).
Toasted pecans in a small amount of coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and honey or maple syrup. Serve warm on top of Nice Cream.
Alternative toppings: melted dark chocolate, cacao nibs, fruit, any type of nuts, shredded coconut.
May also mix Nice Cream with cacao, cocoa, or carob powder to make chocolate Nice Cream.
