Avocado & Peach Salsa Fresca

2 peaches or nectarines (diced)
2 avocados (diced)
2 cups of cherry or grape tomatoes (diced)
¼ cup red or green onion (diced)
3 tablespoon cilantro (sliced)
1 small squeeze of lemon
Sea salt to taste

Mix together and enjoy on spears of lettuce, wrapped in swiss chard, scooped with wedges of bell peppers, topped on sliced jicama, or eaten straight from the bowl as a salad. Enjoy!
